Color Gels Lacquers provide high coverage, high impact fashion shades and are ideal for easy technique work. 100% gray coverage formula. Get rich, saturated results with high impact shine and a cooler taste of color to cancel out warmth.
Color Gels Lacquers is mixed in a 1:1 ratio using existing Pro-oxide Cream Developers (10–40). This new Lacquers formula is not intermixable with the previous Color Gels Emulsified Developer.
